Confirm the sieve specification and test method, alongside viscosity, moisture and microbiological limits. Mesh describes particle sizing; it does not replace the complete grade specification.
Test your dispersion process
Evaluate how the powder is added, the available mixing energy, hydration time and the behaviour of other ingredients. A finer powder is not automatically the best grade for every process.
Ask for a defined comparison
Send the current specification, application and mixing conditions. Review samples and COAs against agreed criteria before moving to a pallet order.
