Match certification to the actual purchase
Request the current certificate and product scope. Check the issuing entity, certificate holder, validity period and the applicable organic standard. Confirm that the proposed grade and supply documentation support your procurement requirements.
Confirm the available lot
For U.S. stock, confirm the warehouse, batch COA, packing format, pallet weight and shipment timing. A one-pallet minimum does not define a universal pallet weight.
